Buttermilk is a New UK Based Korean Skincare website based in London. I came across them one day through the discovery section on Instagram and once i saw that they were going to be stocking the impossible to get Korean products i had been lusting after for what seems like forever, i had to follow them and impatiently await their official launch date. Planning to place a sneaky order come pay day, i was overjoyed when they reached out to me to ask me if i wanted to sample a few of their products. Being a Korean skincare lover i jumped at the chance to try out a few of their products. I made a few suggestions of products i was interested in and was expecting to receive one to try out. So you can understand why i was so blown away and overcome with emotion when i opened the box to find every single product i had talked in it, plus more!!!

Following on from part 1 of moisturisers for oily-combination skin i guess you could these two are the 'target treatment moisturisers' as both's purpose is to deal with skin problems. We all have problems with our skin from time to time, and finding the right moisturisers to help heal our skin and nurse it back to health, can be quite a difficult task. Especially when you don't know exactly what you are looking for or have an understanding of the ingredients. My problem is that i have rather high standards, i want the whole world and more from my moisturiser. Not only does it have to target any skin issue i may have but it also has to deeply hydrate, whilst being lightweight and preventing my skin from getting congested and oily. I cannot stand a moisturiser that feels like a tacky layer on the skin. When i entered my thirties my skin changed, it suddenly went from being oily my whole life to combination and all of a sudden i had dry patches and was experiencing acne. I set out to find a moisturiser that would not only treat breakouts but balance out my skin, so i have enjoyed putting these two to the test.....

I don't know what's been going on but my posts seem to be getting really long, so i am now trying to reduce them. I have been meaning to do an Acrylic storage blog post for ages. So, i thought i would show my current Muji drawer rotation, which contains all my summer makeup products! Despite the sun rising earlier and going down later the weather here in England has been so unpredictable that it has felt more like Autumn that Summer. Only in the UK can you experience all four seasons in one day lol. Today just happens to be a freak of nature, as its actually hot out!!! When we do get 'summer weather' we never get it for long, so we like to make the most of it. It's the time of year to put away coats and boots and bring out all the pretty strappy dresses and cute summer sandals. Letting our skin enjoy the warmer temperature. Just like with fashion i change my 'makeup' with the change of seasons and summertime is the time of year i tend to wear less of it. I have already touched base with a few products that i have been loving here but now im sharing my entire summer makeup collection....

Inside my Summer makeup bag....Now that we are entering July ( i know June rushed by ) i have been enjoying embracing summer makeup more and pulling out products that add that glow and that beach bronzed look. I for one prefer less makeup in the summer ( honestly full face girl i don't know how you do it - tell me your ways ) so, i tend to skip out on the heavier foundations and powders. Now people will think i am weird for saying this but i hate hot weather!!!... anything over 25 degrees is just far too much for me and i'm panting and sweating like a gorilla in a gym. Give me Canadian snow over Barbados heat any day. So it does mean that i struggle finding makeup that wont melt off of my face like a wax figurine at a Madame Tussauds museum when its hot out. Not that us Brits really seem to be getting a summer at the moment - it's more like monsoon season. I hope those two weeks we had heat wasn't our summer over and done with.... i guess only time will tell. Anyway there have been a selection of products that i have been loving this month so lets take a look....
